Take ownership in implementing effective BTL/Channel execution activity/ ATL campaign... to meet sales and brand objectives.
Be a part of performing research and developing effective brand-building strategies
Work close with key stage-holder to align on action and project execution

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop brand activity based on in-depth brand and consumer understanding
Develop channel plan, source of growth and clear picture of succes on yearly basic
Ensure excellent execution of plans from ATL to BTL and channels... to deliver campaigns’ objectives/KPIs through leading and engaging different stakeholders including agencies, sales and channel marketing teams
Assist in development and execution of brand innovation projects
Assist in strategic development of the brand (long-term positioning and strategy, digital strategy and communication)
Manage stage-holder to execute project on time in full with good alignment and collaboration mind-set
Brand budget & P&L management

What We’re Looking For

University Degree
4+ years marketing experience is required.
Experience in brand management including the development and execution of media strategy, innovation and creative ideation process.
A thorough understanding of marketing and business functions at FMCG sector.
Demonstrated strength in marketing competence with focus on Brand Planning, Brand Strategy, Communication and Media Management.
Ability to adapt to change and to operate effectively in time constrained and multiple priorities situation
Strong analytical, decision making, influence, communication & presentation skills
Achievement driven personality with ability to work in conditions which include multiple priorities, extended work schedules and specific time constraints
Pro-activity and passion to brand marketing.
Ability to influence across and up within the organization
Able to inspire, motivate and lead project teams to achieve outstanding results
Willing for frequent business travel
Showing good stage-holder management skill set
Having ON channel experience is a plus
