• Search for customer information on all mass media and create a list of potential customers.
• Introduce restaurant services to customers by calling or meeting in person.
• Send service information emails, answer all customer-related questions and respond quickly.
• Respond to all questions on the sales website, fanpage, booking page, online food ordering.
• Sign contracts or close orders of customers who agree to use the service.
• Take care of old customers, potential customers
• Answer and support to resolve all issues related to the service.
• Send information, incentive programs, promotions to old and potential customers to persuade customers to re-sign contracts.
• Collaborate with all restaurant staff to build promotional activities, introduce services to customers through media channels or offline.
• Coordinate with departments to develop plans to find new customer lists, service usage, etc.
• Report all activities every week, month, year.
• Carry out other requests from superiors.

• Working time: Monday - Friday (08:30 – 17:30) and Saturday morning (08:30 – 12:30)
• Working place: No.1 ,Street 39, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC.

• Basic salary: negotiable based on ability
• Service charge: are subject to business monthly/yearly result of the restaurant and as per the Company’s Policies.
• 12 annual leave per year, participate in insurance according to the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam2

• 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Problem solving, negotiation; reasoning, motivation, organizational and training abilities.
