Working location: Jingdong 2 Warehouse, Lot CN16-01, Nam Dinh Vu Non‑Tariff Zone and Industrial Park (Zone 1), Dong Hai 2 Ward, Hai An District, Hai Phong City, Vietnam
Working schedule: 8:00 - 17:00 on Monday - Saturday.
RESPONSILITITIES
Daily operation:
- Follow up plan to finish data processing task for inbound :
- Check PO/ASN, contact relevant party if PO/ASN found missing vs plan.
- Check warehouse capacity, plan and arrange booking for customers.
- Check draft vs CI/PL and confirm factory, submit and print-out for chop and sign.
- Check draft vs CI/PL and confirm to broker ,submit and submit and print-out for chop and sign.
- Track and balance stock between WMS and customs system.
- Resolve any relative issue due to damage / dirty / broken container, send NC report to customer if have any issue for unloading containers.
- Print inbound tally sheet before unloading inbound products.
- Follow up plan to finish data processing task for outbound :
- Receive pick ticket release to do consol and run way for packing.
- Send packing report to customer after completed packing.
- Tracking & updating booking release from Forwarder.
- Do outbound plan for transportations / update outbound information in master plan.
- Update Mbolkey for process Outbound documentation.
- Collecting and storing document for operation activity.
- Reporting for system, data issue and following instruction from supervisor / manager to resolve system, data issue if any, follow working instruction, SOP.
- Receive feedback from customers, cooperate with supervisor – operations to respond.
- Follow working instruction, SOP.
- Check stock received from customer & inform to customer resolve or re-trigger if data missing.
- Perform cycle count plan in warehouse.
- Provide data for monthly KPI report / monthly billing report.
- Control open issue list for internal & external issue.
- Another tasks as requirements from supervisor operations / manager operations.
Project developing
- Joining new project to set up operation process on testing and deploying as request.
- Propose and deploy improvement theme to improve operation efficiency.
