Responsible for the preparation of reports commissioned by the Sales Management, for the prospecting, evaluation and control of corporate, individual and agency clients. Provide efficient, timely, and confidential administrative support that contributes to the achievement of the Sales Directorate's objectives.
OPERATIONS
1. To prepare the Gift Certificates requested by the different areas of the hotel, authorised by the General Management.
2. Prepare the reports requested by the Sales Management.
3. Assisting the DOS with admin duties.
4. General and travel agenda.
5. Coordination of the Sales Management's travels.
6. Perform and carry out special tasks when requested by Sales Management.
7. Maintain excellent communication between the members of the Sales Management, achieving an optimal teamwork in a harmonious way.
8. Maintain stock of office supplies.
9. Support Sales Management with established travel procedures such as Cash Advance, Expenses and Representation Policy, Expenses Settlement. Travel and Representation Expenses procedures will be facilitated by Sales Management.
10. Responsible for making and controlling the payment of invoices for the Sales department.
11. Perform and carry out special tasks when requested by Sales Management.
12. Comply with the rules, policies and procedures of the Hotel.
13. Know, respect and comply with Meliá Hotels International's policies on sustainability.
14. Perform other related and complementary tasks related to the position.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
15. Be knowledgeable of the Brand philosophy and comply with the standards, operational and identity manuals that apply to their department.
16. Ensure the customer's experience and personalise their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
17. Deal with customer incidents, communicating the actions taken to the person in charge. Escalate the incident to the person in charge if a solution cannot be found.
18. Be knowledgeable of the Voice of the Customer goals and to execute the necessary actions to achieve them.
19. Support their manager with the Sensory Architecture established for their areas.
20. Be knowledgeable and promote the hotel’s services and facilities as well as the entertainment programme, experiences and events.
HEALTH & SAFETY/HEALTHY WORKPLACE
21. Be knowledgeable of the hotel’s evacuation plan.
22. Be knowledgeable of the personal protective equipment and use it correctly.
23. Be knowledgeable of the methods, work procedures and risks inherent to their activity.
24. Assume the responsibilities assigned in the Occupational Health and Safety Management System Manual.
SUSTAINABILITY
25. Ensure metering of energy and/or water consumption for charging to the lessee (if applicable).
26. Give visibility to sustainable attributes in the customer relationship (under the instructions of the marketing & branding department).
27. Ensure sustainability communication under criteria of truthfulness, rigour and coherence.

- University Degree in Tourism, Business.
- Vietnamese - Excellent level, written & spoken
- English - Advanced level, written & spoken
- Knowledge of third language is an advance
- Ability to make decisions and define their area’s sales department strategy.
- Great ability to communicate and negotiate.
- Knowledge of PMS Opera Cloud
- Knowledge and business, Leisure and MICE contacts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word and Excel
- At least 2 years in international hotels in the same position.
