We are looking for a Content Marketing Intern to support content execution for Credit Card & Personal Loans projects. This role is suitable for candidates who want hands-on experience in fintech content, SEO, and performance-driven marketing.

What You'll Do

• Support the Marketing team in producing content to improve brand awareness and customer trust across products.
• Write product explanation content and FAQs for website pages.
• Assist in creating performance marketing content under guidance from the team.
• Assist in building content for SEO campaigns: SEO-optimized articles, landing pages, product/service descriptions.
• Write and optimize SEO articles based on provided keywords and outlines.
• Update and optimize existing website content to improve on-page SEO performance.
• Support basic SEO execution tasks, including AI-based image creation, entity profile setup, and backlink activities.
• Assist in scheduling posts and monitor engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Respond to comments and messages on the brand’s fanpage following team guidelines.
• Review community’s conversation (comments, inbox, reply and posts to wall-on fanpage) in a quick and timely manner.
• Respond to comments in order to foster a positive community and add value to our client’s customer experience
• Engaging with Fans and Followers to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement.
• Support other content-related tasks as assigned by the manager.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Final-year student or fresh graduate.
• Major in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related fields.
• Passionate about digital marketing, familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
• Good writing skills with clear structure and logic.
• Creative mindset and up-to-date with social trends.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with execution-focused tasks.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Interest in fintech, banking, or personal finance.
• Basic knowledge of Content Marketing or SEO is a plus.
  
  

Output Expectations

• Deliver assigned content tasks on time and according to briefs and team guidelines.
• Show continuous improvement in writing quality, SEO understanding, and content performance over time.
• Support day-to-day content operations, including social posting, planning and tracking fanpage engagement
