How You'll Make An Impact

Trusting Social is actively looking for a dedicated C&B Specialist to join our team, reporting directly to the Payroll Manager. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of core operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, HR systems management, and strict compliance with labor regulations.

However, we are looking for more than just execution. The ideal candidate is highly numerical, logical, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong service mindset, paired with a relentless eagerness to learn. We seek an ambitious individual who proactively explores new methods—especially AI and technology applications—to modernize workflows and elevate efficiency. If you are passionate about accuracy but constantly ask, 'Is there a smarter way to do this?', this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Payroll Operations & Reporting
• Compulsory Insurance (SHUI) Management
• Labor Contracts & Administration
• Continuous Learning & Innovation
• Proactively enhance professional knowledge by attending workshops, seminars, and training courses.
• Actively research, self-study, and apply new skills and technologies (AI tools, Excel automation, etc.) to streamline daily tasks, reduce manual workload, and improve data processing speed.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Law, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• 2-5 years of hands-on C&B experience. A background in Fintech or a fast-paced environment is a strong plus.
• Skills: Strong logical thinking, implementation, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate effectively in a diverse environment.
• Mindset: Smart, independent, and patient. Must possess deep curiosity and a relentless willingness to learn—especially in applying AI and new technologies to modernize work methods.
