Content Creation and Production:

• Be a key driver of content in all formats and platforms, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, social media posts, and more.

• Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the company's e-commerce goals and brand identity.

• Ensure content quality: up-to-date, engaging, relevant, and optimized for search engines (SEO) and all marketing channels.

• Lead content and creative outsourcing projects.

User Engagement and Community Development:

• Build, manage, and develop a community to boost engagement through content that encourages interaction, discussion, and feedback.

• Analyze user engagement and adjust content strategy accordingly to enhance customer interaction with proven results.

• Transform the community into a passive organic sales channel and improve conversion rates.

PR and Branding:

• Oversee the company's PR & branding activities.

• Be the media contact point, raise brand awareness, and foster personal branding for the CEO.

• Lead branding/marketing projects assigned by the Sales & Marketing Director.

Campaign Management:

• Plan and develop campaign implementation strategies.

• Set clear KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure campaign success.

• Allocate resources effectively for successful campaign execution.

• Create and deliver phase/periodic/completion reports for marketing campaigns.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with marketing, performance marketing, and design teams to align content with overall marketing strategies.

• Work with designers, videographers, and photographers to produce visually appealing content.

• Partner with product managers and subject matter experts to gather insights and information for accurate content creation.

Content Analytics and Optimization:

• Measure and report on content performance and optimize content for better results.

• Refine content strategies based on data-driven insights to improve reach, engagement, and other KPIs throughout the marketing funnel.

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure all content adheres to the company's brand guidelines, voice, and messaging standards.

• Maintain a consistent brand image and messaging across all content pieces and platforms.
