Mô Tả Công Việc

1. Planning & Strategy:
- Propose and implement Campus sales strategies and plans, promotion scheme and sales policies aligned with VAS strategy/plan to achieve and exceed the yearly target of campus new students.
- Set up campus target & allocate individual target and evaluate KPI for campus sales team members.
- Develop new sales opportunities and customer networks to increase new sources for campus.
- Do competitor mystery shopper & send report to Head Office Admissions Department.

2. Campus Sales Team Management and New Student Recruitment Activities:
a. Manage Campus Sales Team:
- Plan, recruit, manage, develop, and motivate the campus sales teams.
- Plan, organize, assign, and supervise all tasks relating to new student recruitment and working timetable/shifts for team members.
- Weekly, monthly training, coaching consulting skills, experiences and role play to team members.
- Attend and contribute to VAS system trainings, conduct periodical Call Audit - - Coaching by Admissions Department.
- Coach team members to use, update Admission Software exactly and on time as standard.

b. Set up & preparations for new student recruitment:
- Make sure sales kits & documents (brochures, financial policy, information sheet, enrolment form, school rules, parents handbook…) for potential parents & students available.
- Order and manage admission gifts for campus timely and effectively.
- Set up campus School tour route & training to sales staff.
- Ensure admission areas, parents meeting rooms and other facilities under the School Tour Route are professionally designed and set up in compliance with VAS’s standards.\

c. Manage Sales performance & Conversion Ratios:
- Manage weekly, monthly sales team performance, benchmark weekly, monthly and YTD targets, identify areas of improvement and take actions to achieve or exceed sales Target.
- Daily receive & allocate inquiries timely to sales team members.
- Make sure all inquiries are contacted, followed up and updated status timely and accurately on Admissions software as standard Admissions Procedure and Follow-up Rules.
- Assign and supervise team members to do tele-sale on database, call potential parents lists to follow up/invite to admissions events or join promotions, call current parents to take care for referrals.
- Closely follow up, review, and ensure the results of potential parent follow-up to increase conversion ratios of sales process from Inquiry to Qualify Inquiry, to Candidate and to New students.
- Conduct weekly calls audits, work closely with HO Admissions Dept. & Marketing Dept., campus academic team to ensure the strong and effective follow-up all campus inquiries and candidates to increase the conversion ratios.
- Manage list of raw data, inquiry, candidate, new parents, and student information on Admission Software; manage the new students transferring between campuses as procedure.

d. Admissions events and Promotion, Cooperation Programs:
- Closely coordinate with all campus relevant departments (SCA event, academic team…) to conduct, follow the detailed agenda, checklist, operation of all campus admission events for new student recruitment to ensure the smooth and successful events based on the approved budget, plan, and VAS standards.
- Supervise all activations conducted by agency, sponsored by VAS Admissions Department under Developer Program, Cooperation Program… to promote for campus.
- Join VAS admission seminars, open days as a key consultant and VAS ambassador; assign team members to join open days, seminars, activation events, campus admission events, school tours, admission booths.
- Propose and follow-up closely with agency, partners under Cooperation Program, Developer Program, and report to Head Office Admissions Department.
Buildup, maintain and develop a strong network of Kindergartens and Primary schools, language centers, academic centers, targeted apartments… around campus to increase new sources for campus.
- Ensure promotion programs and administration procedures (documents, registration forms, reports) to be implemented and monitored to sales team effectively, correctly, and timely to push the sales.

e. Student placement test & new student document collection and new student allocation
- Manage the arrangement of new student placement test, follow up with academic team and parents.
- Manage, review, and make sure failed placement tests to be reviewed by Heads of MOET/Cambridge and School Directors before sharing test results to parents together with a plan to support students to make progress for re-test.
- Closely follow up with academic team to convert new students of summer to new school year.
- Make sure the collection of all documents, School rules, Parents and student ..for new students complete and timely.
- Work with Academic, IPC & Student Service Team leader to finalize the campus new student list, update into Admissions Software (CRM).

2. Reporting
a. Make accurate and timely admission reports to the School Directors, CCSSO, Head Office Admissions & Marketing Department, including: Weekly Top Sales Report, Weekly Promotion Report, Inquiry Review Report, Bi-weekly Summary & Failing test Report, Competitor Mystery Shopper Report, Campus Yearly New student Report and others.

b. Other jobs which may be assigned by the Admissions Director or the CCSSO.

3. Requirements
- BA or Master’s degree in economics, International Business, Business Administration, or equivalent degrees.
- Fluency in English
- At least 2-year-experience of equivalent position in education or other service industry (Business to Customers); and experience in developing strong sales teams from different branches who achieved proven track records.
- Understanding educational market and have a good social relationship and network.
- Good communication, build relationship and coordination skills to different contacts and levels.
- Strong organizational, managerial skills and leadership skills.
- Training and inspiration skills.
- Be a Top salesperson.
- Ambitious & dedicated to sales.
- Acumen, strategic mindset, and ability to set strategies and plans.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong enthusiasm and dedication.
