Deliver individual target:

Achieve assigned targets in terms of calls, bookings, shows and contracts by complying to the TMK script provided by the TMK management
-
Record the customer’s personal information accurately, including marketing information in a computer system (Hubspot).

Consistently follow up with prospect by warm calling to continuously exceed KPIs
-
Provide guidance for prospect when come WSE center
-
Enquire and capture prospects referrals as per TMK function guidelines
-
Identify sales opportunities efficiently and effectively present key features and

Excellent communication and rapport building skills conveying a courteous and professional impression and a conversational quality to their presentations

Good pace, pitch and tone and the ability to be natural and conversational (not come across as scripted or stilted)

Strong belief that you can achieve result whatever who you are calling

Ability to pose insightful and engaging questions to understand the customer’s requirements and excellent listening skills once the prospect answers questions

Structured in the handling of information collection while engaging with prospects
-
Ability to show empathy to assist prospects in an efficient and friendly manner
-
Patient and able to handle customer rejection
-
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
-
Persistent and results-oriented
