   • Handle cash deposits and funds.
   • Prepare loan documents, registrations, and reports for regulatory bodies.
2. Cash and Bank Balance Management:
   • Supervise safes at headquarters and branches.
   • Monitor daily cash and bank balances and exchange rates.
   • Forecast weekly and monthly cash flows for optimal balances and reserve adequacy.
   • Ensure enough cash reserves for planned payments.
   • Manage currency risk.
3. Payment Process:
   • Organize weekly bank transfers for centralized cash management.
   • Oversee payments to suppliers, employee reimbursements, and customer refunds.
   • Process monthly tax payments as per regulations.
   • Manage financial entries like loans, investments, and bank fees.
   • Reconcile accounts such as cash, bank, investments, and loans.
