This role involves working cross-functionally with the business to drive success in all commercial business challenges. The successful candidate will handle business risks through supplier and supply risk management while balancing risks to provide the best return. They will also lead efforts to improve business efficiency by building a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

What you'll do:
As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for transforming the business strategy into functional/category strategies. You will serve as a key collaborator with internal stakeholders in decision-making processes. Your role will involve managing relationships with suppliers with a business partnering mindset. You will set the strategic direction for category procurement strategy and drive optimal strategic value of procurement through benchmarking, data analysis, financial analysis. You will identify, assess, manage, and mitigate relevant risks to shape risk policies. You will also drive change in a multi-functional and multi-cultural environment and build a culture within your team to approach projects professionally.
