I. IMPORT:

· Execute Import activities smoothly & efficiently

· Cross-check, control import documents for import clearance procedure.

· Reconcile import Purchase order, payment to suppliers, vendors on time.

· Supervise Import customs clearance with 3rd logistics provider

· Reconcile import materials quantity and export quantity on customs system.

· Cross check payment term, Ocean freight cost, logistics cost for import routines

· Ensure import documentation to comply with Finance & Tax compliance, customs regulations.

· Manage logistics cost to ensure compliance, saving and continuously improve efficiency.

II. EXPORT:

· Execute export activities in 2 factories smoothly & efficiently (Finished goods, POCM)

· Export order management (demand planning, vessel booking, logistics arrangement...)

· Manage export loading plan to ensure export orders to be delivered IN FULL & ON TIME.

· Supervise export customs clearance

· Reconcile import materials quantity and export quantity on customs system, financial requirement.

· Master data setup for new export order or customer.

· Ensure export documentation to comply with Finance rules/ customs regulations.

· Preparing documents to apply for Certificate of Origin issuance

· Deal with Customs office if any issue in export declaration

· Cross check payment term, Ocean freight cost, logistics cost for export routines.

· Manage logistics cost to ensure compliance, saving and continuously improve efficiency.

III. TEAM PERFORMANCE & REPORT

· Provide visible /useful reports to relevant departments regarding to Import Export for business decision.

· Understand the customs laws/regulations, update new customs laws to management

IV. OTHER ASSIGNEMENTS:

· Assist managers and other functions in project execution

· Assist line manager in integration & optimization of business process & tools

· Monthly and yearly reconciliation for import and export activities with finance.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• BS degree in international business, foreign trade field, external business economics. 
• Minimum 2 year experience in import-export, int’l logistics field.
• 1 year experience in multinational corporation or foreign company.
• Proficient in English
• Proficient skills in MS Office (Word, excel, PPT, outlook…) 
• Understand basics Viet Nam customs law for import/ export.
• C/O issuance  knowledge
• Incoterms knowledge
• Import duty knowledge
• International logistics knowledge
• Experienced in import & export customs clearance activities 
• Effective communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills
• Work well under high pressure, both in teamwork and independence.
• Have focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks
• Time management
• Customer-service mindset.
• Self-motivated
