Your Job

Together with Supervisor to assist department Managers to take charge of Advanced Quality Plan so as to make sure of the operation achieving quality , productivity and output goals and improve.

Our Team

You'll collaborate with all Departments, Engineering, Sales, Customers, Plants quality.

What You Will Do

• Be responsible of customer quality standards. Ensure the standards, instructions are applied.
• Take part of create quality control plan and planned review, PFMEA, quality standards, inspection instructions. Deliver training to quality team and related departments for standards and instruction.
• Cordinate for PPAP implementation.
• Mornitor customer quality requirements. Control and improve defect rate, scraps, material consumption, sorting cost. Contact to related departments, sales and customer for quality issue and follow up improvement actions.
• Participate quality meetings in plant and/or with customer and reports. Take part of defect analysis, abnormality report, follow up actions, customer complain and claim, sorting, PFMEA.
• Take part for trial run, transfer components, products and new product development.
• Subordinate performance assessment.
  
  
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• College level or university degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing companies.
• Good knowledge in engineering and quality
• Good knowledge at manufacturing processes
• Performance assessment
• Standards, instructions creation skills
• Human relation skills
• On the job Training, Coaching skills and Basic management & Kaizen
• Quality inspection machines and instrument operation.
