- Assist to develop and grow offerings within the CX (Consumer Experience) portfolio function in Asia Pacific Area.
- Manage the lifecycle of several offerings.
- Make business tactical plan (product pricing, lifecycle), cooperate with related departments to decide "Make or Buy" for product parts.
- Keep up to date of the IT market, challenges, technology trends and competitive offerings.
- Give ideas for innovations and create new products/ offerings; contact with technology partners, customers and prospects.
- Communicates with other departments to help them understand and define strategy to approach aim market, product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.
- Prepares product descriptions and data, presentations jointly with product marketing for customers and events including key user group meetings. Support pre-sales activities, sales enablement training and other activities if necessary.
- Report to Head of group.
