JOB DESCRIPTION

Identifying key leads from Google search or social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
Search for lead's information such as email, phone, social media accounts, etc
Qualifying the identified leads based on approved customer ideal profile standards
Contact new customers to discuss needs
Support existing clients
Collaborate with co-workers/ partners/... in Japan to support sales process
Support managers to interpret in offline and online meetings with Japanese clients
Conduct some basic marketing activities for Japanese markets under the guidance and supervision of AHT Tech Group's marketing team
Other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Have experienced in "Solution" Sales / Business Development / Pre-Sales (B2B) is a plus
Major in Japanese, studying or living in Japan before is a prefer
Knowledgeable about Japanese cultures
Having at least N2 or speak Japanese fluently
Can communicate basically in English
Strong interpersonal skills - ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners
Agressive with growth mindset and positive attitude
