Job Details

Position: Accounting Assistant Manager - Electric

Job Code: 112568

- Working location: Quảng Yên, Quảng Ninh

- Monthly Salary: 30,000,000～37,500,000VND

Responsibility
- Secure payment confirmation
- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
- Checking and posting financial statements
- Review A/R accounts and supporting documentation for audit and tax requirements.
- Utilize knowledge of job allowances and payroll calculations for appropriate payroll management.
- Perform cash flow forecasting and budgeting and work closely with the operations and related departments to analyze margins, variances, and costs. Issue project cost reports for review and approval.
- Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls, and management reporting for submission to the Head office.
- Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting systems and policies.
- Support the management in ensuring cost allocations align with the approval budget.
- Liaising with external parties i.e. banks, external auditors, internal auditors and tax advisors.
- Preparation of company financial reports monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and potential revenue improvements, and recommend strategies to help realize them.
- Declaration withholding tax for a contract between a company & suppliers.
- Participate in the development of annual and long-range budget plans under the direction of senior management.
- Manage the company's tax returns and refunds.
- Complete VAT and FCT returns on time.
- Other Accounting duties as instructed.

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 27-38
・Gender : any
・Education background: bachelor's degree from majors related to finance, accounting
・Language: English at business level 
・Experience : 
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation at trading and manufacturing companies
・Chief Accountant Qualification Holder & having experience as Chief Accountant.
・Possess expertise in general accounting, financial control systems, internal audits, and tax policy regulations.
・Knowledge of Vietnamese taxation (tax refund, tax return, EPE, non-EPE, VAT, FCT,
