Mô tả công việc
• Making annual, quarterly and monthly business plans on the assigned market.
• Performing tasks in accordance with budget/ business plans/ policies issued by Director of Sales & Board of Manager.
• Being responsible for the revenue of assigned market.
• Negotiating and signing business contracts of resort’s services.
• Knowing all price tariffs and complying with them while selling resort’s services and products.
• Making quotations/contracts/confirmations for clients based on their requirements in time.
• Instructing clients to inspect the resort, picking up guest (VIP, group).
• Making adequate number of customer visits and daily phone calls as required by the superior.
• Looking for new clients and maintaining good relationships with them in a scientific customer care cycle.
• Cooperating closely with the related departments such as Food & Beverage Department, Kitchen Department, Front Office Department in the events, conferences, banquets at the resort.
• Updating and estimating future tourism trends, market situations and reporting to Sales Executive.
• Attending trade fair if required.
• Attending in daily briefing and reporting generally about daily activities and plans.
• Participating in negotiations on behalf of the resort when required within authorized scope.
• Taking domestic or abroad business trips if Board of Manager requires.
• Knowing operating time and daily activities of resort’s service.
• Replying all requests by letters, faxes, emails, … within 24 hours.
• Picking up the phone within 3 rings; being prompt, courteous and effective always.
• Securing resort strategies/data/prices/revenues/average prices of the resort.
• Every day visiting restaurants/service areas to greet guests and increase the relationship with them if required by Board of Manager.
• Ensuring that the contracts, booking reservations, resort’s quotations are arranged neatly.
• Solving guest complaints well; ensuring that all the complaints are checked, investigated and implementing all necessary solutions to handle.
• Taking care of the delegations/ conferences/ meetings/ banquets from the beginning till the end.
• Reporting followed and unfinished tasks when absent so that Sales Manager can follow up and assign a replacement.
• Planning and managing personal tasks weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annual.
• Maintaining the standard and office environment professionally.
• Participating training courses and meetings as demanded.
• Performing other tasks assigned by superior.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Graduating from college and higher, majoring in guest service, business.
• Having degrees and certificates related to the profession.
• Having at least 02 years working experience as the same position in 4 – 5 stars hotel/ resort.
• Being fluent in English; being able to using other language.
• Being proficient in office informatics, hotel management software.
• Mastering in hospitality activities.
• Having ability to orient guests, spirit of service.
• Being able to work independently under high pressure.
• Having good commercial and business sense.
• Having excellent presentation skill.
• Arranging work and coordinating with colleagues well.
