A. JOB PURPOSE:

- Ensure the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system is operated smoothly and manages the Power Platform (global scale)

B. JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Microsoft Dynamics 365

- Manage and administer the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Production, sandbox, VM (Virtual Machine) & LCS (Life Cycle Service).

- Working with vendors for code deployment procedure. Manage code deployment procedure weekly. Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) leveraging cloud native tooling to ensure automated and consistent platform deployments.

- Monitor system performance and usage to ensure security, reliability, and system readiness. Identify issues, apply hotfixes, and system performance. Managing batch jobs and other running jobs in related system.

- Manage security and access controls of cloud-based solutions. Manage users profile/roles in D365.

- Coordinate new software release & system upgrade and the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Manage/adjust LCS, Azure, D365 configurations

- Support to ensure compliance with external/internal data management regulations and policies, including security, audit and data protection regulations

2. Power Platform management

- Support other tasks in Dataverse & Fabric

- Working on projects relating to scope of work

C. RESULTS:

- Smooth daily operation

- Security for Cloud

- Automated task via Azure devops

- New software updated smoothly. Configuration is correct across legal entities.

- System is working according to regulation

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Degree in computer science, information systems, information technology or equivalent in related IT systems.

- Have knowledge about:

MB-920: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals(ERP). (Certified)

MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations. (Certified)

MB-500: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer (optional)

- A good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID.

- A good understanding of Azure DevOps.

EXPERIENCES:

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, SQL, MS Dev Ops and Azure

- Experience with security management and access control in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

- Experience with software development life cycle

- Familiarity with integration techniques, batch processing and data management Microsoft Dynamics

- Demonstrated experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O System Administrator

- Knowledge on IaaS. Knowledge of Fabric is a plus (Power Platform).

- 3+ years of experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365

- Ability to manage internal and external relationships

- Ability to gather information needed for future and present plans.

LANGUAGES:

- Vietnamese Language

- English: Fluent (reading, writing, listening, verbal, presentation)

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

- Willing to travel based on scope request.
