JOB SCOPE & CORE DELIVERABLES
Within the Supply Chain, Customer Service Export Coordinator will join the Customer service team, report to Customer Service Executive.
• He/She will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the transport operations for the export of Bel products from the Bel factories (in the Europe zone and Vietnam) to our distributors and subsidiaries - including both Interco BUs and SEA countries.
• He/She monitors the smooth running of the transportation activities, handling all the booking and delivery of customer orders in compliance with logistics costs and the customer service rate objective.
RESPONSIBILITIES - WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
• Process the transportation activities via SAP.
• Schedule appointments for export shipments
• Monitoring of the deliveries to customers
• Control and update of the transport plan, organization of public holidays.
• Procurement
o Accurately ensure good receipts, quantitative and qualitative controls, and BL
o Capture data correctly in SAP.
• In coordination with external service providers (3PL, freight forwarders, etc.) with monitoring of the performance and quality of the various stakeholders and work on optimization, costs, and the proper execution of transport.
• Be responsible for continuous improvement projects to optimize processes and reduce our carbon footprint.
• Task allocation:
o 70% operational
o 30% analysis and reporting

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience working in a logistic/ forwarder company is preferred.
- English: good in speaking & writing.
2. Skills
- Previous experience with SAP is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
- Ability to communicate and develop good working relationships with team members.
- Must be able to perform all job duties accurately and efficiently with a sense of urgency.
