1. Investment Management
- Do market research and market intelligence in real estate market
- Pay visits to potential sites and make analysis and evaluation
- Study feasibilities of potential investment and provide recommendations
- Attend meetings and negotiations with agents, lawyers, consultants, partners, business associates
- Prepare any approval papers/documents to seek approval from Management and Group's investment committee.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other teams to complete M&A contracts, process and milestones deliverables
- Maintain good relationships with partners and stakeholders
2. Portfolio Management
- In charge of ongoing projects in the M&A process or in operation: prepare and take ownership of the budget.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other teams to provide regular reports/updates to Management of financial and operational performance of projects.
- Taking analysis of ad-hoc issues of projects and supporting Managers to provide recommendations to Management
- Maintain good relationships with JV/Capital partners
- Attend meetings and negotiations with agents, lawyers, consultants, partners, business associates, and local authorities for any issues related to the project
- Prepare any approval papers as required by the company's process- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development of the real estate industry
- Knowledge of Vietnam's real estate market and asset classes
- Strong analytical skills and proficient in financial numbers and cash flow analysis. Ability to build and run financial models
- Excellent communication, presentations and negotiations skills in English and Vietnamese
- Ability to work well under great pressure, challenging environment to complete required deliverables. and adaptability to quick changes.
- Open-minded, teamwork and understanding of corporate governance
- Resourcefulness with good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly self-motivated and self-driven manner with strong business approach
