Mô tả Công việc
60% Recruitment:
- Responsible for the full cycle of search and recruitment activities including advertising, screening, interviewing, recommendations to successful placements making sure fit with company requirements about quality and quantity.
- Headcount/month: ~30-40 full-time staff for stores (sales, cashier, visual merchandiser,...)
- Arrange and follow up regular interview schedules with the Brands Operation Team and candidates.
- Propose salary range based on experience/ performance for various positions
- Manage job offers and onboarding to newcomer
- Cooperate with Head-Hunt if necessary
- Other tasks assigned by Team Leader
30% Implementing the Employment Support:
- Guiding new employees to submit personal documents as prescribed
- Guidelines for the integration of new employees (rules, policies, regulations ...)
10% Recruitment sources:
- Manage and develop a candidate database, track potential candidates for future vacancies
- Develop and maintain suitable sources Employee’s Job Description
- Update information about the market situation, recruitment, and recruitment program proposed to improve the efficiency of recruitment
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Business
- Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Recruitment, Interview and Selection, Time management skills, Planning, Communication skills, Problem Identification, and Solving.
- Required language(s): good communication in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing).
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in recruitment or staffing. Candidates with good experience in the retail industry will be preferable
