* Provide effective establishment, implementation, application and continuous improvement of QRA initiatives, agenda, principles and requirements in alignment and compliance with Global QRA strategy and Regional QRA initiatives.
* Manage the delivery of Central QRA responsibilities in the given area of responsibility:
- Start Up project support
- Conduct Site audit processes
- Delivery of Quality related training
- Review of Self-Assessment & CAPA management
- External / Customer audit support & liaison
- Service Quality Metric Initiatives - monitoring, investigations & actions
* Act as a QA Central with the OE teams to ensure that site managed QRA is successfully executed and that effective standards are delivered (e.g. DHL Quality BASICS, Global Quality Standards, ISO 9001 where applicable, etc.).
