- Develop OHS policies and programs in order to promote the Safety culture
- Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
- Conduct or organize OHS training of employees
- Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity in HSE field
- Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims
- Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management
- Conducts job safety analysis, machine guarding, ergonomic,... and other assessments to make recommendations for corrective actions to mitigate risk
- Collect data and prepare health and safety reports, such as accident/incident reports. Direct accident investigation procedures.
- Manage HS&E audits, pyrotechnic hazards analysis, front-end process engineering events focusing on risk assessment, evaluation of new processes, and review of facility layouts for potential HSE issues
- Provides technical expertise, assistance, OHS training plan, and resources to related objectives as needed (i.e., anticipation, recognition, evaluation, control, and minimization of occupational injury or disease conditions to ensure employee safety and legal liability).
- Carry out before turn on inspection for equipment
- Emergency response readiness
- Other works as job assignment by Team leader and Part leader
