JOB SUMMARY

The IE supervisor will have the skill set of and Industrial Engineer who responsibilities include ensuring products meet established quality standards and increase efficiency. He/she is able to analyze operations and design workflows and production processes to reduce loss along the way while still meeting customer needs.

Also, He/she have to show leadership to the group of IEs to provide training /coaching and support to each individual in the group.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead the IE group on designing the process and maintaining the standards on floor.

2. Working with relevant departments to execute the projects in a timely manner.

3. Monitoring routing group including setting sequence and standard time values.

4. Analyzing machine capacity versus the demand and giving out suggestion on machineries purchase, upgrading to meet up ramp plan.

5. Prepare material and equipment lists, cost analyses for manufacturing projects.

6. Conduct research for new machines and technology, Coordinating on automation projects.

7. Complete other assignments and special projects as requested by the Department Head and the Director of Operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1.     Education: Required –Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management discipline

2.     Experience: 3-5 years in manufacturing environment

3.     Knowledge of:

Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards.

Familiar with Lean Manufacturing concepts.

4.     Skills and Abilities

Proficient in MS Office, CAD software.

Proficient in English.

Ability to communicate to different levels in manufacturing environment.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

Documentation and organization skills.

Highly capable of identifying problems and solving problems.

Very proactive and energetic.

Good at Written and Spoken English

Work well in a team-based environment.
