JOB SUMMARY
- Title: Copywriter Trainee
- Department: Creative Production
- Year of Experience: 6 months - 1 year

- Salary Range: 5,000,000 VND
- Hiring Purpose: New Hire
- Working Time: 9:00 – 18:00, Monday – Friday (4 WFH days/month)
OBJECTIVES
We are looking for a Copywriter Trainee with a solid background in content creation, passion for developing content solutions to deeply impact Client’s Brand-Campaign Performance in general. You will be an important part of our Creative team to drive the outstanding business results for PMAX.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Content Research (10%)
- Study and understand clients’ products/ industries/ services, the target audience, insights, and competitors’ activities.
- Assist Strategy Team on synthesizing insights to build buyer personas and combine with client's brand positioning to propose strategic content direction.
Content Production (70%)
- In charge of all digital content types such as Facebook posts, PR articles, Video script, Advertising material (including E-commerce Ads)...
- Brainstorm creative thoughts/ ideas for new campaigns/proposals and support in creating such concepts, especially in the digital field.
- Drive the creation of original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication while maintaining a clear and consistent brand voice.
- Work closely with the Design and Video Editing team to make sure all materials are aligned with the concept.
Others (20%)
- Handle the scope of managing social media platforms (if required).
- Undertake the internal projects assigned by the line manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Third/Final year or recently graduated students major in Communications, PR or Marketing
- Experienced in copywriting and/or creative/branding content creation
- Understanding different language styles that appeal to various target markets
- Clear, concise, and grammatically correct writing style
- Good sense of social listening to catch the latest trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent, passionate, self-motivated and quick learner
- Able to create content script for Tik tok video or be a tiktoker (edit and being talent) is a plus
- Good in English is a must
- Can commit at least 3-months internship program and can work full-time is a plus
