JOB DETAILS

We are looking for a smart, ambitious and goal-oriented Optimization Trainee who is in charge of the performance of our clients by managing and optimizing multiple digital marketing channels.

  • Digital Campaign Execution
    • Responsible for execution, the day to day running of all search, social and display advertising campaigns under guidance of the mentor/Line Manager
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (CPL, CPO, ROAS, CAC,…)
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Media Planning
    • Assist in planning the digital media plan as a solution for the client’s problem.
    • Develop the monthly media plan, budget allocation
    • Conduct daily budget planning and related tasks to deliver on time with acceptable results/ outcomes
    • Generate Campaign Reporting to have key learning for upcoming projects
Job Requirements

Knowledge & Skillsets

  • Must have:
    • 3rd/4th-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration/… or any related fields and able to work full-time
    • Good at analytical skills, data-driven mindset
    • Strong problem-solving skills & critical thinking.
    • Curiority, fast-self-learning, want to grow & develop yourself at the max speed
    • Self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
    • Have the ability to work under pressure
    • Task management, ownership, responsibility
    • Good communication, planning and visualization skills
  • Good to have:
    • Experience in digital marketing/media planning role
    • Have basic knowledge of Google Ads/Facebook Ads/… operations
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills are crucial, both in Vietnamese and English
