Objectives

PMAX is seeking a Business Analysis Manager to lead and scale its Business Analysis capability across enterprise systems and digital products. In this role, you will ensure that business requirements are translated into clear, scalable, and well-governed system workflows, spanning platforms such as CRM, Billing, Accounting, HRM, Operations systems, and selected customer-facing product components. You will lead a team of Business Analysts, set quality standards, and act as a key partner to Engineering, Product, Data, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that are robust, consistent, and scalable. This role is suited for a senior BA leader who combines strong system thinking, hands-on delivery experience, and people leadership.

Job Description

System & Workflow Design

• Lead the standardisation of workflows across interconnected systems and products
• Ensure consistency in business logic, data flow, and validation rules
• Review and challenge solution designs to ensure long-term scalability and integrity
• Identify cross-system dependencies, risks, and edge cases early in the design phase
  
  

Business Analysis Practice Leadership

• Build, coach, and manage a team of Business Analysts
• Define and maintain BA standards, including:
• Requirements documentation
• BPMN and process modelling
• Data and logic specifications
• UAT and acceptance criteria practices
• Raise the overall quality and maturity of Business Analysis across the organisation
  

Delivery Oversight & Quality Assurance

• Oversee BA delivery across multiple initiatives and product streams
• Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and ready for development
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product, UX, and Data teams to resolve ambiguity and maintain delivery quality
• Review and approve key BA artefacts before development sign-off
  
  

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with leaders across Finance, Operations, HR, Media, Account, and Product teams
• Facilitate alignment on complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Communicate risks, trade-offs, and dependencies clearly and effectively
  
  

What Success Looks Like

• Well-structured, standardised workflows across systems and products
• High confidence in system logic and data consistency
• Low rework due to unclear or incomplete requirements
• Strong UAT quality for logic and data
• A capable, trusted BA team that operates independently
