Objectives

Job Description

Requirements Support (BA Fundamentals)
Support BA/PO to clarify and document requirements into structured artefacts: ○ User stories / use cases / workflow diagrams ○ Acceptance criteria (AC) and edge cases ○ Simple wireframes or screen notes (when needed)
Join discovery sessions with Business Owners to understand current workflows and pain points.
Maintain requirement traceability: requirement → AC → test cases → release notes.
QC Execution (Manual Testing Fundamentals)
Execute manual testing for assigned features/modules: ○ Smoke test, functional test, regression test, exploratory test
Translate acceptance criteria into test cases and checklists; ensure critical flows are covered.
Verify bug fixes, retest, and support release confidence before deployment.
Defect & Ticket Quality (Signal-to-Noise Discipline)
Log bugs with high clarity: reproduction steps, expected vs actual, screenshots/videos, environment info, severity/priority.
Help keep Jira tickets “healthy”: clear status, dependencies, missing info flagged early.
Escalate risks proactively (scope ambiguity, missing AC, unstable environments, repeated regressions).
Data & Integration Validation (Basic, Guided)
Perform basic API checks using Postman (or equivalent) with guidance from team.
Validate basic data correctness for dashboards/reports (spot-checks, reconciliation with source tables/logic if provided).
Support testing of integrations (CRM/ERP/Ads platform connectors) by validating inputs/outputs and failure scenarios.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
Maintain and continuously improve: regression pack, release checklist, UAT checklist, simple QA standards.
Identify repetitive test flows and propose candidates for future automation (no heavy automation required at trainee stage).
Participate in retrospectives; contribute to reducing rework via better AC, earlier test planning, and clearer defect taxonomy.

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

Core Competencies (Must-have)

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in BA, QC/QA, Product Ops, or similar roles.
Strong logical thinking and attention to detail; comfortable working with structured checklists.
Ability to write clearly in Vietnamese and basic working English for tickets/specs.
Comfort with common tools: Google Sheets/Excel, Docs, Jira (or willingness to learn quickly).
Strong ownership mindset: can follow through tasks end-to-end with minimal supervision.

Advanced / Plus

Any exposure to: ■ Writing user stories and acceptance criteria ■ Manual testing for web products ■ API testing (Postman) ■ Basic SQL (SELECT, filters) or data validation ■ Wireframing tools (Figma)
Experience in fast-paced environments (agency operations, MarTech, e-commerce, performance-driven teams) is an advantage.
