Mô tả Công việc
- Manage secured loan products (auto loan, home loan, commercial loan, etc.) including but not limited to analyzing and keeping track of product performance, P&L and policy.
- Develop and deploy new secured loan products in alignment with product operations process and company’s policy.
- Design end-to-end product, process and procedures including customer touchpoints of selling, underwriting, risk policy assessing, credit granting, debt repayment and operational customer services, integrating with different lending platforms/ commercial applications.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, Risk, Operation, Legal...) to implement new products or campaigns or improvement of existing products in terms of selling process, product parameters, risk indicators and others.
- Conduct market research to propose new campaigns/ initiatives or improvement plan to optimize product portfolio performance and business strategy.
- Build and update product programs reflecting changes.
- Other tasks assigned by Sale Director.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degrees: major in Business or Finance or similar background.
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in Secured loan product (auto loan, home loan, commercial loan, etc.).
- Lending platform understanding: CRM, Mobile app for Customer, LOS/LMS, Integration of core system with related system
- Demonstrated ability to critically analyze situations and risks, determine paths of action, and make recommendations to remediate issues.
- Strong communication skills, data analysis skills, presentation skills.
