Job Description

Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using NodeJS (ExpressJS or NestJS), ensuring system stability, performance, and scalability.
Design, build, and implement RESTful APIs / GraphQL APIs to meet business requirements and integrate with related systems.
Work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, participating in data modeling and query optimization when necessary.
Collaborate closely with Frontend, QA, and Product/BA teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
Participate in technical analysis, effort estimation, and propose appropriate technical solutions for features and enhancements.
Write clean, readable, and maintainable code; adhere to coding conventions, best practices, and team quality standards.
Ensure system security, data protection, and performance optimization, especially for large-scale systems.
Participate in code reviews, contributing to code quality improvement and software development process enhancements.
Support troubleshooting, system operation, and post-deployment improvements.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, with a solid understanding of asynchronous programming.
Hands-on experience with ExpressJS or NestJS frameworks.
Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and system integrations.
Experience working with at least one database system: MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, with basic understanding of data modeling.
Proficient in Git, familiar with CI/CD pipelines and application deployment.
Basic knowledge of Docker or containerized environments is a plus.
Strong logical thinking, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
Good teamwork and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Willingness to work on-site at client locations during critical project phases when required.
Able to read and understand technical documentation in English.
