1) Take full responsibility for all tasks or issues related to human resources recruitment.
2) Collaborate with departments to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
3) Post recruitment announcements on various platforms such as the company website, job portals, recruiting groups on Facebook, etc.
4) Screen and evaluate candidate resumes, conduct interviews, and identify suitable candidates.
5) Connect and engage with potential candidates on social media and the company's official website.
6) Notify candidates of interview schedules and other relevant details.
7) Organize interviews, including preparing the interview room, candidate profiles, conducting interviews following the established process.
8) Coordinate and organize job fairs.
9) Maintain records of profiles for potential candidates for future reference in subsequent recruitment rounds.
10) Prepare documents and materials for the onboarding process of new employees.
11) Make employee cards for new employees.
12) Perform other tasks as instructed and assigned by the HR Supervisor/HR Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
1)Background in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related major.
2)Open for fresher.
3)Character: Agile, resourceful, eager to learn, hard-working and honest.
4)Good at computer skills.
5)Havinggood interaction and negotiation skills, nice communication skill.
7)Team spirit and high sense of responsibility.
