A. Recruitment:
1. Responsible for staff recruitment & management, implement and improve the relevant systems and processes such as employee entry, staff regularization, change, and resignation.
2. Responsible for the signing and management of employee labor contracts.
3. Responsible for personnel file management of employees.
B. C&B
1. Responsible for employee salary and benefits calculation.
2. Responsible for the registration and payment of employee social insurance, and guarantee social insurance benefits.
3. Responsible for the attendance management of the company's employees, statistical analysis and handling of abnormal attendance.1. At least 3 years working experience in HR
2. Good at communication, soft skills
