JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in the preparation and processing of certification documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to certification inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow
- Assist in preparing information and researching documents, creating presentation if needed
- Take minutes of meetings, classify documents, drafts and reports, organize and manage files
- Manage databases and input information
- Prepare meeting rooms or training rooms
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks: send samples and documents, make payment requests, …
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's degree program
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Good writing and speaking English
