Work you’ll do

You will be part of Deloitte Southeast Asia’s Talent Acquisition team which delivers recruitment strategy and execution to our fast growing management consulting practice. You will give the best in class experience to our hiring managers, internal stakeholders, external agencies and most importantly our prospective candidates.

Your role:

Engage line managers in understanding their hiring needs, including job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
Employ effective sourcing strategies and techniques to identify suitable candidates.
Handle logistics including candidate interviews, reference checks, salary negotiation, offer processing.
Manage needs of prospective candidates through effective communication.
Report on regular basis to stakeholders about candidate pipelining, talent mapping and effectiveness of recruitment plans.
Support assignments or projects (as required) to enhance the effectiveness of the talent acquisition team.

Enough About Us, Let's Talk About You

If you are someone with:

Tertiary qualification from a respected institution.
4+ years of full cycle executive recruitment experience, with combination of agency, RPO and in-house experience.
Experience in hiring and sourcing for candidates from the Digital industry is an added advantage
Solid ability in sourcing candidates and conducting competency based interviews.
Proven achiever in a metrics-driven environment.
Effective user of recruitment software (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to handle people tactfully and sensitively.

Trải qua hơn 23 năm hình thành và phát triển, CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN TẬP ĐOÀN KIM TÍN đã vươn lên trở thành đơn vị dẫn đầu trong ngành sản xuất và kinh doanh vật liệu hàn. Bên cạnh đó Kim Tín còn mở rộng quy mô, trở thành Tập đoàn kinh doanh đa ngành nghề như vật liệu hàn, kim loại màu, ván MDF, sản phẩm sau MDF, khai thác khoáng sản, vận tải…

Kim Tín không ngừng nghiên cứu, sản xuất những sản phẩm tốt nhất để phục vụ khách hàng trên khắp cả nước. Chúng tôi tự hào về sản phẩm vật liệu hàn Kim Tín đã xuất khẩu khắp 5 châu lục. Kim Tín đặt mục tiêu đến năm 2025 chiếm 35% thị phần Vật liệu hàn trên cả nước.

Lịch sử thành lập

Năm 2000, Công ty TNHH TN Kim Tín thành lập ngày 29/01/2000 từ tâm huyết của 5 thành viên nòng cốt, mong muốn phát triển sản phẩm vật liệu hàn mang thương hiệu Việt.
Năm 2006, Công ty TNHH TN Kim Tín được thành lập tại Hà Nội với mục đích mở rộng mạng lưới kinh doanh phía Bắc. Xây dựng nhà máy sản xuất vật liệu hàn tại Hưng Yên với công suất 20.000 tấn/năm.
Năm 2009, Khởi công xây dựng cụm công nghiệp các nhà máy vật liệu hàn, thiết bị hàn tại Long An với diện tích 120.000m2, nâng tổng công suất của nhà máy Long An lên đến 80.000 tấn / năm.
Năm 2015, Công ty cổ phần Logistics nPL được thành lập, đáp ứng nhu cầu vận chuyển hàng hoá sản phẩm của các công ty con trong tập đoàn.
Năm 2020, Cột mốc đánh dấu hành trình 20 năm hình thành và phát triển (2000-2020), đưa thương hiệu Kim Tín đi khắp 5 châu lục và khẳng định vị thế của Vật liệu hàn Việt
Năm 2021, Kim Tín đầu tư 5 triệu USD cho chuyển đổi số toàn diện, hiện thực hóa mục tiêu thay đổi mục tiêu mục tiêu thay đổi để phát triển và trường tồn
