IMPC

As an Assistant Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for all maintenance issues within the hotel, daily, maintenance checks, and repairing mechanical equipment to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. An Assistant Chief Engineer will also be required to coordinate renovation projects and develop emergency programs. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Assist the Head of department with setting departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures

• Maintain a sound financial business mind-set, effective decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity, leads by example and always looks for self-improvements

• Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Department Team Members with an emphasis on training and teamwork

• Allocate work duties to Supervisor/Team Members

• Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair and follow up to make it done

• Responsible for maintenance issues within the hotel

• Recruit and train Engineering team member in accordance with hotel guidelines

• Regularly review the performance of Engineering team members in accordance with hotel guidelines

• Plan and compile the annual maintenance schedule for MEP & ID systems

• Supervise and remind the team members to implement the schedule and ensure to complete as planned

• Support CE to plan, compile and manage the repair and maintenance budget and the capital expenditure budget, ensuring compliance with hotel procedures

• Carry out any other reasonable task set by the Hotel's Management
