All YODY members are in a state of readiness and working every day to realize their desired goals.Job SummaryChief Marketing Officer is in charge of developing and supervising the execution of a company‘s marketing strategies and activities that align with Yody’s goals. This position will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives, market research, and collaboration with cross- functional teams. Additionally, the CMO stays updated on industry trends, technology and fosters innovation to drive the organization’s competitive advantage in the market.Responsibilities- “Listening” to the trends of the market and directing the market research efforts of the company- Defining marketing strategies to support Yody‘s overall strategies and objectives to ensure they project Yody’s unique “voice”- Build and develop a highly efficient team of marketing professionals- Create a solid network of strategic partnerships- Plan, direct and coordinate marketing budgets in accordance with Yody‘s goals- Plan campaigns to bring attention to and create interest in Yody- Drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities- Coordinate marketing efforts with Yody‘s financial and branding goals- Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications- Bachelor‘s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field/Master‘s degree will be a plus.- Proven experience as chief marketing officer or similar role- Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance etc.).- A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities.- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product, promotion etc.)- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods- Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non- digital (e.g. press) channelsWork location- Hà Nội: 90 Nguyen Tuan, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi City, Thanh Xuân.- Hải Dương: An Dinh Street, Viet Hoa Ward, Hai Duong City, TP Hải Dương
