Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead at Jabil Vietnam is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective recruitment processes and tools to meet the organization's hiring needs. This role involves overseeing the recruiting team, setting goals, designing processes, and measuring outcomes to ensure a strong candidate pool across all client groups. The TA Lead will also provide technical expertise to recruitment specialists and collaborate with site management to identify and fulfill staffing requirements.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides day to day management of the recruiting team-sets goals, designs processes and measures results.
- Provides technical recruiting expertise to recruiting specialists.
- Works with site management to determine and fill hiring needs.
- Generates a strong candidate pool for all client groups.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience building a recruiting infrastructure (i.e., recruiting tools, resume tracking systems)
- Adaptable and flexible to change with strong ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects
- Strong analytical problem solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Ability to negotiate and influence others at all organization levels
- Demonstrated experience facilitating change and leading process improvement
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and support a team effectively
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Plus 5 years of sourcing, interviewing, young talent hiring program experience.
- Or a combination of education, experience and/or training.
