- Update data into general information storage files: BOM files, Quote summaries,...
- Managing over sea supplier, making orders, purchase approval requests. Issue PO to suppliers and following material shipping schedule
- At the end of the month, finalize documents, notify suppliers to issue invoices and handle related issues
- Some other tasks as request by superiors
