Baller Headwear is seeking a IE Officer to support our leadership team. This position presents a valuable opportunity for those who aspire to become managers in the future.

WHAT YOU WILL INVOLVE

• Analyze and improve production processes, design layouts, and balance production lines to optimize production and reduce costs.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish work standards.
• Propose equipment upgrades and technological improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Collaborate with the quality management department to ensure products meet quality standards.

WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in the garment manufacturing industry. 
• Preferably a degree in garment technology or garment engineering. 
• Basic English skills, capable of preparing reports in English.

• Salary: Up to 15m or Negotiation based on your experience
