• Set Design Services: Crafting set designs for TVC, MV shoots, photography, livestream, and events.
• Comprehensive Event Services: Including production, decoration, and livestream solutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at Nina Group. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, managing campaigns across various channels, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and growth.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and establish the Nina Nguyen brand in the market.
• Build and maintain the credibility and reputation of the Nina Nguyen brand.
• Manage the design and communication content for the Nina Nguyen brand.
• Oversee and utilize media tools to enhance brand communication.
• Develop quarterly and annual plans, including budgets, KPIs, and campaigns; implement, manage expenses, and assess results.
• Report and measure campaign effectiveness through KPIs and ROI metrics.

Qualifications

• Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Analysis skills
• Strong project management and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the creative, agency industry is a plus
• Open-minded, creative, eager to learn, and willing to take on challenges.
