At Crossian, we are dedicated to developing a cutting-edge, cross-border eCommerce platform that encompasses a wide range of solutions, including Storefront, Payment Gateway, Inventory, Catalogs, Logistics, Marketing Insights, and CRM. Our platform empowers businesses to:
- Create tailored Storefront solutions for unique customer experiences
- Centralize payment gateways to effectively manage transactions and post-payment operations (e.g., refunds, chargebacks, claims, inquiries, etc.)
- Seamlessly integrate various third-party services to build a comprehensive supply chain system, incorporating inventory management, catalogs, logistics tracking, and more
- Transform raw data from marketing campaigns, transactions, and user behavior into valuable insights that drive strategic business decisions
Your ability to effectively document and communicate with partners will be crucial in ensuring the successful implementation and integration of our solutions. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to numerous exciting projects, while collaborating with other Centers of Excellence (CoE) within the company. Your technical expertise, innovative approach, and strong communication skills will be instrumental in identifying and addressing challenges across different sectors, enabling consistent improvements and breakthroughs in our product offerings and ultimately driving the success of our clients.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering, and design/content teams to create, improve, and manage eCommerce storefront products and features
- Utilize frontend technology expertise (HTML, JS, CSS) to contribute to product development and ensure seamless user experiences
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of UI/UX best practices and design toolsets
- Leverage experience with Digital Ads, Content Marketing campaigns, and data tracking to optimize storefront performance and user engagement
- Work closely with BI/Analytics teams to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve the product
- Foster an Agile mindset and collaborate effectively with Agile/Scrum teams throughout the product development lifecycle, including attending Agile meetings (stand-up, planning, reviews, etc.)
- Monitor user feedback and work with users to identify areas for improvement and new product opportunities
- Manage and plan stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure alignment and achievement of product goals
- Develop requirement specifications, perform business analysis, and collaborate with the QC team to deliver high-quality products
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- At least 4 years of experience in a Technical Product Manager role, preferably in the eCommerce industry or B2C/B2B2C Product model
- Strong frontend technology skills, including hands-on experience with HTML, JS, and CSS
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and experience with design toolsets
- Proficient in data tracking, analysis, and decision-making
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop requirement specifications, perform business analysis, and ensure product quality through collaboration with the QC team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
ADDED PLUSES
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in an eCommerce startup environment
- Experienced with Digital Marketing campaigns
- Certifications in Agile methodologies or project management
- Experience as a Business Analyst (BA) and/or QC/BA Engineer
- Knowledge of TDD/BDD and experience with Agile toolset
