Mô tả Công việc

• Monitor and manage digital marketing performance and budget.
• Forecast and manage budgets for digital marketing.
• Establish and execute the digital marketing strategy.
• Ensure tracking of granular performance data for channel optimization.
• Supervise social media and platform management.
• Supervise all aspects of digital marketing for acquisition channels such as Paid Search, Social Media, Organic Search, seeding, affiliate, and email, as well as marketing to prospects in the database.
• Plan and supervise the social media strategy for organic growth.

1. Execute social strategies that turn social platforms (Facebook Fanpage, Instagram, LinkedIn, Zalo, YouTube, TikTok) into value propositions and enhance brand equity.
2. Ensure optimal usage of social media tools
3. Manage seasonal campaigns.

• Build and develop the tiktok channel.

• Working conditions:
• Workplace: 08 Phan Dinh Giot, Ward 2, Tan Binh dist., HCMC.

Working hour: 08:30 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Functional knowledge & experience:

• Graduated from University / College of relevant majors: Marketing, Multimedia, Digital marketing, Information Technology, ...
• Excellent at developing digital plan and optimizing SEO & Paid ads campaigns.
• Experience at cosolidating, analysing datas from tracking tools (Goole Analytic, Google Search Console, Heatmap…), paid ads and SEO reports.
• Communicate in English pretty.
• Understand in the field of Digital marketing.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (especially having run ads related to industry groups: F&B, FMCG.
• Creative thinking, dynamic, positive, enthusiastic, progressive and able to withstand high pressure at work.
• Priority has worked in the Agency.
• Ability to manage and assign work effectively.
• Proficiency in office computer.
