We’re inviting you to become a part of our international Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will support recruitment efforts for IT positions, working closely with hiring teams across different levels and geographies. You’ll manage the entire recruitment process—from identifying hiring needs, shaping sourcing strategies, and conducting candidate outreach, to guiding candidates through interviews and supporting offer stages. Your day-to-day work will involve market research to map talent pools, writing engaging job ads, reviewing applications, and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the process. You’ll collaborate regularly with internal stakeholders, organise interview schedules, and help ensure our data remains accurate and up to date in our Applicant Tracking System. You may also have the chance to lead your own initiatives to improve and develop recruitment practices within the organisation.

To feel comfortable in this position, you’ll need about two years or more experience recruiting for IT roles, and ideally familiarity with working in an international setting. You should be able to communicate clearly, both in writing and speaking, and pay attention to details while staying organised across different tasks.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys learning and working as part of a team, and who brings a collaborative mindset to everything they do. A very good command of English is required. A university degree is welcomed, though not essential.
