- Prepare Daily Attendance Report, Weekly Expatriate Report, and Weekly Recruitment Follow Up Report.
- Handle the induction procedure for new employees.
- Maintain the latest and legalization in employees' profile.
- Follow up performance appraisal to renew labor contract for employees accurately & on time.
- Apply & renew work permit and temporary resident card for expats accurately & on time.
- Prepare the decision of employment termination, and terminate the work permit & temporary resident card when expats resign.
- Manage the fingerprint machine system.
- Be responsible for HR administration (including employee card, medicine report, documentation, stationery...).
- Order lunch for all employees and dinner for overtime employees (if have).
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
