- Support in conducting the “Kaizen and Problem-solving sessions” with the involvement of relevant employees on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly/QTR basis.
- Design systems, tools, forms, and processes to enable people to succeed in delivering the expected organizational/ people development benefit.
- Design and delivery relevant key people development program such as trainings, workshops, kaizen weeks and best practice sharing forums.
- Train curriculum standardization and version updates.
- Ensure employee involvement for Lean initiatives, implement and sustain same, follow up on the progress made by the plants/Head Office in order to ensure that the required standards are adhered to whilst supporting the following:
- Arrange lean manufacturing related training for employees
- Update progress charts and audit the process of lean establishment at each department according to the given guide line.
- Upgrade self-competency and learn through daily problem solving.
- 5S Implementation and maintain
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
