Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth lab operations, maintaining quality, safety standards, and SOP compliance.
• Manage lab personnel to avoid external/internal influences affecting test quality.
• Monitor facilities (safety, temperature, equipment) and implement 6S practices.
• Analyze testing capacity, plan for growth, and upgrade equipment, layout, and personnel as needed.
• Lead, train, and rotate team members to balance workloads and build versatility.
• Oversee test accuracy, inventory, equipment calibration, and failed test analysis for improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (Material Team, BUs, factories, T1/T2 labs) on testing issues and new material releases.
• Continuously research and apply new testing technologies and protocols.

Requirements:

• College/University degree.
• 3-4 years in a managerial role within the footwear industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Strong skills in data analysis, lab result evaluation, and reporting.
• Good communication skills with English proficiency (verbal and written).
