Key Accountabilities

• Design artworks for online marketing activities for social platforms, website, email,… POSM for events, seminars,… and other internal activities.
• Manage and operate cameras to record video, footage… for content creating activities.
• Understand the video production process with appropriate formats
• Produce and edit videos, footages and deliver completed products.
• Adapt available audio-visual materials into appropriate standards for social media platforms nowadays.
• Comprehend brand guideline, create, and develop creatives to ensure all IDP visual items stick strictly with brand image.
• Have knowledge about digital marketing.
• Generate diverse and creative visual direction templates/layouts.
• Keeping up with trends, ensuring products are always innovative.
• Coordinate regularly with team members to produce and build high-quality and effective content.
• Perform other job requirements as assigned by manager.
  
  

Required Experience

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing Design (multimedia/graphics), prefer industries of luxury Auto, Fashion, or Cosmetics businesses
• Portfolio of products including graphics and videos in line with job requirements.
• Proficiency in Adobe tools for creating image and video: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effect, Audition
• Degree in multimedia area, graphic design or experience in similar fields.
• Capable of filming and taking pictures at a basic level.
• Ability to work in an organized manner and on time.
• Embrace the concepts of brand development and multimedia marketing.
• Good understanding of aesthetics, layout and detail.
• Ability to work in a team, coordinate with team members, work under pressure.
