Receive customer feedbacks from US, classify, evaluate and check the validity of related documents to make decision on the refund process;
Daily pulling all supporting documentation; Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt or Tracking information, Credit Card Slip to complete the package of report;
Daily Contact Corporate Escalations for assistance regarding “Quality, Missing Credit, or Returned items for Credit” disputes as needed;
Create response letter and submit all supporting documentation to Americanepress.com or sending email to related department in term of Visa/ Mastercard/ Discover issue;
Working with other departments in US for solving customer dispute, maintain customer satisfaction;
Update the dispute cases status to Vietnam team leader;
Daily update the data of Power BI.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting/Business Administration/ English Language, etc.;
2. Experience:
1-2 years ofexperience in customer care and support
3. Skills and Abilities
Fluent English communication;
Honesty, integrity, reliable andhard working;
Numerate, analytical, logical mindset;
Good communicatingand negotiating skills;
People-oriented, fast-changing and multi-tasking ability;
Strong problem-solving skill;
Strong using Excel and common office software applications skill is a plus.
