Mô tả Công việc

Develop, review, and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for packaging and production processes.
Ensure precise BOM data management in the Odoo system, covering materials, dimensions, and specifications.
Optimize packaging methods to minimize costs, maximize space efficiency, and enhance product protection.
Standardize packing procedures to comply with export regulations and reduce transit damages. Collaborate with suppliers to select high-quality packaging materials and maintain stringent quality control.
Lead the CAD team in designing precise 3D models and comprehensive technical drawings.
For seamless integration, develop and manage structured CAD libraries and coding systems within Odoo.
Ensure all CAD data is meticulously accurate, consistently updated, and fully aligned with company standards.
Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure seamless component compatibility and manufacturability.
Build and cultivate a high-performing technical team driven by expertise and innovation.
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement to drive excellence.
Train, mentor, and empower team members with advanced technical skills and industry best practices.
Ensure seamless integration and coordination across CAD, BOM, production, and procurement teams for optimal efficiency.
Establish and maintain standards for BOM, CAD, and packaging processes.
Ensure compliance with international industry regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular audits and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure data from the CAD team is sent out of the company or sent to related departments is correct
Work closely with the Process-Production team to ensure all other parts and accessories are matched during assembly and before mass production.
Identify and resolve technical issues in BOM, CAD, and packaging.
Implement solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce errors.
Participate in Engineering Change Request (ECR) programs to optimize production.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Engineering, or a related field
5 years of relevant work experiencen
Proven track record of successful project management in the furniture industry.
In-depth knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and furniture design principles.
Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and furniture design principles.
Understanding of product research and development processes and techniques
Strong leadership skills, coupled with the ability to work independently.
Have experience with Odoo ERP Systems
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Analytic thinking, patience, integrity.
Able to work well under pressure and tight timelines.
Carefully, enthusiastic, highly responsible, proactive, and supportive.
Exceptional decision-making skills in strategic and operational contexts.
Proficient in CAD, Inventor, Solidworks software and other design tools, MS Office (Word, Excel).
Proficiency in English.
