I. Purpose of Job:
Bridge between buyer and manufactory, especially sample stage. Need to follow up order/material status, work with customer/partner about all issue which is occurred production process and give the solutions to deal with problem to make sure garment that are shipped on time with good quality as buyer's request
II. Key accountabilities:
Receiving information about order (styles, TP, AD, group, factory, quantity order, plan, pattern, ref. sample) from China
Translate AD (Presell/ SMS/ Monthly) into Vietnamese for related team reference and review reference samples before handover to PPC team
Follow up order/ material status/ ref. sample status
Meeting with PPC/ QC-QA/ production team/ sample room/ HO meeting before doing garment. HO meeting with production team before bulk production
Contact with China team
Work with Lab team about testing report
Solve with problem/ issue
Support internal team
Prepare meeting sample for another teams
Other tasks are assigned by direct managerApparel Garment Knowledge, especially Sportwear products for brand such as Adidas, Nike, Puma...
01 years experience in Merchandiser position
University Degree with Major such as Garment Technology, Business Management...or similar
Good Excel Skill, familiar with Office 365 Software
Basic English skill, can write email and basic conversation.Salary based on candidate's competency and experience.
